Indigenous Leadership Initiative in partnership with DeVos Urban Leadership is hosting a Spiritual Leadership Talking Circle.

This talking circle is open to those who are Native or have Native hearts.

Our main goal is to provide the opportunity for those in Native ministry to come together and share in food, fellowship and grow in spiritual leadership.

During our times of gathering we will be discussing the book Spiritual Leadership by Henry and Richard Blackaby.  Drawing upon their own extensive leadership experience as well as their ministry to leaders in all walks of life, Henry and Richard Blackaby offer insightful counsel into the ways God develops, guides, and empowers spiritual leaders. Clear guidance is given on how leaders can make a positive impact on the people and organizations they are currently leading.

Spiritual Leadership is one of Henry and Richard Blackaby's most highly regarded and best-selling books to date, encouraging business and church leaders alike to follow God's biblical design for success. In fact, the Barna Group reports that pastors list it among today's most influential writings on the topic of how God develops, guides, and empowers spiritual leaders.  Leadership can be a solitary and often thankless task. This is especially true of Native ministry.  Come and join us for a casual time centered around spiritual leadership.

This is a free talking circle!
